5 Bedroom 4 Bathroom Private Pool Home. Located Off Highway 27 and Highway 192. This fully equipped vacation home is only 8 Miles from Walt Disney World. Legacy Park is minutes from great restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions.

This is a five bedroom, four bathroom, executive villa. Located in the new community of Legacy Park, which is a high quality community only ten minutes from WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort. Legacy Park is located on US27 just of the end of US192 and is perfectly situated for visiting all the major attractions.

With its great location, it is the perfect place to recover in privacy after a hard day at the parks or golf course. The extended pool area has a 28ft by 14ft pool and adjoining spa and is in the sunshine until sunset and there are plenty of reclining sun chairs as well as a table and chairs for dining outside while enjoying the view. There is a child safety fence for use around the pool.

Inside, fully air-conditioned villa easily sleeps 10 guests. There are three Master bedroom suites, one with a King bed and two with Queen beds. One of the other rooms has twin beds and the fifth bedroom is twins. In the rest of the house you will find family and lounge areas as well as a breakfast nook and separate dining room.

The fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave as well as a separate laundry area should help you feel perfectly comfortable during your stay. Our fully licensed home is managed locally so you always have someone to call on in case of a problem. In order to maintain a high quality of service for all our guests we do not allow pets or smoking in the villa.
