We are located on the beach of Oceanside in a beautifully landscaped complex with many amenities. Our front door is just steps to the sand and it is a short walk north to the harbor and south to the pier.
Property Details
Our condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, beds ready to be slept in, towels provided- just turn the key and you are on vacation. Our complex has two heated pools and spas, a game room with 2 billiard tables, foosball, ping pong, game tables, a gym with saunas and a putting green. Streams running through the complex with a large koi pond.
Rental Policy
We take credit card to reserve your dates. Summer time Saturday to Saturday only- but the rest of the year we take nightly rentals.
Arrival Times
Check-in after 3 and check-out by 10.
Additional Rate and Deposit Information
$200 non-refundable deposit to reserve your dates. Tax is 10% of rental and $125 cleaning fee per stay.
