The Shelborne Miami vacation rentals building comprised of regular hotel rooms and condo-hotel rooms. Rooms of both categories are of the same level and same sizes, some of our condo hotel rooms are of better quality than hotel rooms.
The only difference is the daily cleaning services being offered for hotel guests, the other difference is the substantial premium that guest staying at hotels will pay.
The possible discount of staying in condo-hotels rooms could amount up to 40% versus a regular hotel room.
