This 7/bed 5.5/bath villa (with THREE master bedrooms) caters for three or four families sharing.And it has everything you would expect it to have and more! No need to bring anything but yourself and your good mood. Any problems, there is a management on call.

You have a spacious family room to relax in , with luxurious furnishing, sumptuous sofas. a large-screen cable TV, DVD player --- so you can watch your favorite movies, or listen to the music that you love. There's also a separate lounge area providing extra space, the perfect place for the kids to play --- or that peaceful haven for your get-away.

The villa, located on Emerald Island, a resort-styled community only 3 miles away from Walt Disney World, offers you the luxury and privacy of a 24-hour manned gated entrance. The clubhouse is the center of activities with a community pool, spa, gym, steam arcade and Internet access.

Payment Policy: Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser. * All rate is subject to change without notice.Aditional Pool/spa Heating Charges $199/week or $30/day * * Deposit Amount: $300 minimum. Cleaning fee of $145 will be applied for stay of less than 7 nights. For high Seasons and Holidays we will only take a 7 night minimum. booking or more. (Saturday to Saturday for a 7 night booking). Low Season: Minimum Stay: Prefer 7 nights, but fewer may be available but all within the same week. Please ask us. State sales tax 7%, County tax 6% (13% altogether). As to last minute rent, we have another policy, please contact us. Fees Tax Rate: 13.0% Cleaning: $145

Cancellation Policy: * Deposit and Cancellation Policy These rates at significant savings can be obtained by paying via Cashiers Check, Money Order, Money Transfer or Personal Check (at least 6 weeks prior to start of vacation). refunds on reservation deposits are: 1. More than 3 months prior to arrival: 100% refund 2. 6-12 weeks prior to arrival: 50% refund 3. Less than 6 weeks prior to arrival: Sorry, no refund is available.
