The beautiful 5 bedroom, 3000 square foot, 3 storey home has been recreated to enhance the original heritage style from 1908. French doors, hardwood floors and a rich color theme add to the turn of the century charm.
This home has a fully fenced private yard that envelopes lush, colorful gardens and fruit trees.
The back yard has a private deck, comfortable outdoor furnishings, stainless steel barbecue and a
tranquil pond. A great space to relax or entertain.
In the early evening, the garden lights turn on automatically making the ambiance magical.
Our cottage bedroom, which is included in the 5 bedroom rental home, has french doors that
open to a private sitting area, garden and pond.
You are steps away from Abbott Street(a gorgeous corridor), which has a walk/bike/roller blade path
that runs parallel along Lake Okanagan and leads to many beach access points.
Excellent rental for families and business travelers alike.
The 3rd floor Media Room has a big screen T.V. with surround sound.
HD Plasma Flat screen is located on the 1st level living/kitchen/dining area.

Rental Policy

Absolutely no parties or stags and will be enforced.
Quite time is between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
No smoking inside the home . Please use ashtrays provided instead of using the gardens.
We are an environmentally sensitive home. There will be recycling instructions to be followed and bins provided. A $50 charge may be taken out of the damage deposit if instructions are not followed.
Pet deposit is $500.
Damage deposit is $500.
50% of rent is due the day of the booking to secure booking.
The remainder of the rent and a $500. damage deposit is due 30 days prior to check-in.
Please use the driveway for parking. Over flow parking only on the boulevard.

Check-in no earlier than 4 p.m. Check-out no later than 11 a.m.
