This Red Pine one bedroom one bath condo (plus new sleeper sofa) has everything you need! Upgraded unit contains all new cabinetry and granite counter tops, new appliances, and new fireplace. A flat screen TV, plus DVD/VCR player, games and toys will keep all of your family happy! This condo is walking distance to the clubhouse where you will find 2 pools (one heated!), a hot tub, kiddie wading pool. In the summer, enjoy tennis courts, volleyball, and the playground!

For the enjoyment of all of our guests: no smoking, no pets.

Rental Policies

50% deposit at time of booking. 50% 45 days out. Security deposit in check of $200 will be returned after complete inspection of the condo upon your exit.

Rental Rates

$650.00 to $1,400.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Summer rates: $99 per night or $650 wk
Low season:lift open to Dec 15 and April 1st to lift close: $150 per night or $1000 per wk
Regular season: $200 per night or $1400 per wk
High season: no discounts apply during Christmas Holiday, MLK, Sundance, President's Week. Rates $240 per night.
