Rental Policy

• I will be responsible for any lost or damage to the unit and its inventory
• I will not use fireworks anywhere on the Resort
• I’m aware that Check-Out time is 12:00 pm (no exception) and that I will be charged an additional night of rent, if should I fail to vacate the unit at 12:00 pm
• I will obey all Resort rules and regulation given to me upon check-in. I acknowledge that if any member of my group violates any part of the Rules and Regulation that security will issue a verbal warning to cease and desist. A second violation of the Resort Rules will result in my immediate eviction from the rental property by security and/or police with no refund.
• I will not use towels provided in unit for the pool, to clean vehicles, shoes, etc.
• I will not waste water. Do not use cistern water to wash to wash cars or off-road vehicles.
• I will report any problems in the unit to the property management office. I will not hold the Resort or its employees responsible for any of my personal property items either left, lost or stolen in or around the unit
• NO SMOKING INSIDE OF THE UNITS
• PETS NO ALLOWED IN THE CONDOS
• IF YOU SMOKE OR BRING YOUR PETS INSIDE OF THE UNIT IT WILL BE A CHARGE OF $ 100.00 US DOLLARS
