It is approximately 630sq feet, pretty big for a one bedroom (New Yorkers I know you feel me) and the front balcony is approximately 250sq feet. The lobby is big enough to sleep another person or a couple.

The living room and the bedroom are fully furnished and the kitchen is separate from the rest of the house. The space is air conditioned and there will be and outdoor table with chairs and a sun umbrella provided for your convenience. There is plenty of storage space, one big closet in the bedroom and another one the hallway. Iron and ironing board provided as well as a hair dryer.
What makes this place a great choice for your stay is location, location, location!!! Three bus and trolley stops just a couple of blocks away and one almost in front of the building entrance. Ride the bus and you are in the center of Athens in 15min. Kolonaki, one of the hottest neighborhoods of Athens, with beautiful cafes, restaurants and bars and of course shopping is just 10 min bus ride. Glyfada, one of the beach areas with great night life is 25 min driving time away! Google these two neighborhoods and you will see what I am talking about. One super market is located a block away and another one 4 blocks away. Deli half block away. A whole market is located 5 blocks away. It makes running errands so easy!!!
This apartment is perfect for people with young kids, it has a stove where you can cook their meals and a washer to do their laundry. Dryer is not available you will have to hang the wet clothes at the back balcony. You don’t have to do the dishes just stick them in the dishwasher. It is easier and much cheaper than booking two hotel rooms and have to pay each little meal for the kids.
Ideal for couples! It will be like living in your own hotel suite! Nice and romantic dinners at the front balcony! Plenty of space for you guys. There are plenty of restaurants around to deliver to you.
Easier for professionals! Much cheaper than a hotel room and much, much bigger! Come and go whenever you please without having to cross big hotel lobbies and ride crowded elevators!
Fun for friends and singles! Have your friends over and barbeque at the front balcony. Have a party or just lounge! Liquor store two blocks away!
No matter if you are young or old whether with family or single, professional or just a visitor this place is ideal for your stay. It is clean and nice. You only need to bring your clothes and toiletries. Maid service and housekeeping is provided when staying longer than one week.
I am very honest about my description regarding facilities, measurements and travel time (which is an estimated average because the traffic is not always the same). This is my apartment in Athens, I currently live in New York. I love this place but the last tenants completely trashed it and it took me months and months to make it look the way it does now. So I decided to only rent it short time. Please respect the property and be serious regarding your inquiries.
