Our house sits in the foothills outside of Ojochal on the Southern Pacific Coast and hosts lovely views of the ocean and mountains.

We enjoy a relaxed lifestyle and the house reflects this. It is an ideal get away for those wanting to unwind, enjoy the sun, beaches, and natural beauty of Costa Rica. The house was designed with nature in mind and comfortably embraces the concept of indoor/outdoor living. It sits on 8 acres offering privacy and a variety of fruit trees and flowering plants.

The open air design of the kitchen, dining, and living spaces offer an ongoing opportunity to view toucans, parrots, and other colorful birds and butterflies. The bedrooms and bathroom are fully enclosed with screened windows and ceiling fans. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed and the downstairs room offers twin beds. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals. There is a great veranda for sunning and a deep dipping pool with built-in seating for relaxing.

It is a short ten minute drive to beautiful uncrowded beaches or into town where you can find a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, internet, services, etc. There are also numerous natural preserves in the area offering a variety of guided tours highlighting native flora and fauna.

We rent during the high season (December through May) for $500 for two weeks or $750 for a month (28 days)…we might be willing to negotiate a reduced monthly rate for an extended stay.
