Crystal Lake Villa at Eagle Pointe is a 4 bedroom/2 bath villa. It sleeps 8 + baby and is perfect for visiting the many theme parks, Disneyworld being 15 minutes away while Universal and Sea World all within 25 minutes. We are sure that the amenities at the villa will suit everyone, especially the Games Room with its pool table, foosball, darts and 20" TV and Play Station 2 with games.

The main living areas have TVs and DVD players while the 4 bedrooms have their own TV/DVD combos. There is no need to go out and rent videos or DVDs as there is a wide selection at the villa, as well as a library of books and magazines.

We provide a BBQ, stroller, high chair and baby crib at no extra cost

SMOKING is not ALLOWED inside the villa but if you do wish to smoke there ample seating room outside on the lanai.

Also at NO EXTRA COST is the computer with wireless internet. All local and international calls are FREE (Europe via phonecard).

Our rental home has recently been refurbished and the living areas have been tiled throughout for the enjoyment of our future guests. Crystal Lake Villa is truly delightful and welcoming.

Rental Policy

A reservation will only be confirmed when the $200 pw deposit has been paid. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation and cancellations are accepted only in writing. All arrivals must be fully prepaid at least 42 days (6 weeks) prior to the scheduled check-in date

Refundable security bond of $200/£100 is required for each stay.

The bond is used to cover any damage or extra rental charges due to early arrival or late departure without prior consent and if for any reason you do not return the key to the lock box, a penalty charge of $25/£15.00will be deducted.

The Security Bond will be returned to you within 1 week of your vacation on report of no damage.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

All above rates are inclusive of cleaning fee.

5 nights and under INCURS a cleaning fee of $80.

3 nights is minimum stay

13% Florida Tax should be added to the above rates.

Xmas and Easter weeks are charged at PEAK rates of $1120 per week and MINIMUM stay is 7 nights.

Pool heat is recommended between October-April @ $20 per day.
