Cà 5393 Chromotherapy is a completely renewed apartment, and is composed by two bedrooms, a big living room with typical woodden beams, an equipped kitchen and a large luminous bathroom.
This new beautiful flat is dedicated to who needs a very quiet but energetic place to stay: we took inspiration from the benefit of chromotherapy,
and chose a particular color for each room: green for the entrance, yellow in the living room(convivial), orange for the double bed bedroom (energy, love), lilac for the other bedroom (creativity).


WHERE ARE WE?

Cà 5393 Chromotherapy is situated in the heart of the historical centre of Venice, between (and at 5 min.from) Rialto and Fondamente Nove and close to the most beautiful areas of the city:
you can reach San Marco Square in 10 minutes, walking through the picturesque "calli" and
bridges!
Fondamente Nove, at 5 min. from the house, is a panoramic "station" where Vaporetti stop: this allows our Guests an easy access by boat to the city tour, to the Islands of Murano, Burano, Torcello and to the Lido, the elegant seaside of Venice, also popoluar for the international Film Festival.

Beyond all tourist attractions, close to the flat You'll also find anything You need, such coffe bars, restaurants, bakeries, butcher's shops, fish-shops, supermarkets, chemist, perfumeries, florists, clothes shops, shoes shops, etc.

Rental Policy

Cancellation policy: You can delete your booking by writing us the reason why.
The deposit will be given back ONLY if your cancellation e-mail arrives 60 days before the day of the arrival.

Arrival Times

Check-in: from 12 to 5pm; who arrives after 18 pays an extra fee of 50 €; check out from 9 to 10 am, or even later if there are no incoming guests: ask us!

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Linen and towels included on request.
Minimum stay: 3 nights.
Cleaning fee: 50,00€ cash at the entrance.
Security deposit: 150,00€,cash at the entrance, will be given back after a check at the departure.
Deposit required to book the apartment: 20% of the rent.
