We are 7 mile to Jack Frost and Big Boulder ski resort for your skiing and tubing pleasure. We are also 20 minutes to Camelback ski resort in the winter and Camelbeach resort in the summer time. Our house is about 20 minutes to the Outlet Stores

This is a bright lovely chalet home for rent by the weekend, weekly, monthly or seasonal. Our home is located in a gated community called Arrowhead Lakes. Our home faces a wildlife game refuge and we have wild deer and turkeys roaming through our backyard. So come to the Poconos and see Mother Nature at her best. Our house is a relaxing vacation to spend quality time with the family or just to read a book and relax. Arrowhead Lakes has three swimming pools and two large lakes with Four swimming areas. All swimming areas have life guards and our lakes are stocked every year(fishing license is required). So come to the poconos at any time of the year. Our house has all major appliances stove, full size refrigerator, dish washer, washer and dryer. We also have a woodburning fireplace. Our house has a master bedroom downstairs with a King size bed and two bedrooms upstairs with Queen size beds in each. We also have a Queen size sofabed and a single futon in the loft area. Our house sleeps 9 comfortably. My house has two full baths one upstairs and one down stairs. We also have a large deck for eating out or just watching Mother nature. We do not allow pets in the house or smokeing if you must smoke please feel free to use the outside deck. Our house is about 20 minutes to the Outlet Stores for any shopping pleasures. We are also located 7 mile to the NASCAR racing track in the Poconos were they race in June and July. We are also 20 minutes to American Candle shop for and candle needs. We are also about 30 minutes to Marshalls Creek Flea Market.

Rental Policy

If you are interested in renting our home you must call Pocono Resort Reality at 570-443-9555 ask for Andy Hankos or Mary Ludgate or anybody in Rental Department, then ask for information on the Harriott House in Arrowhead lakes they will help you through the process. A $300 security is required on all rentals and is refundable upon inspection of house after rental. All security deposits are handled through Pocono Resort Reality. Thre is a $80 cleaning fee added to the rental cost and paid to Pocono Resort Reality. All cancellations are handled through Pocono Resort Reality at 570-443-9555, there is a penalty if cancelled and not rerented.

Check in is at 3:00 PM and Check out time is 12:00 noon

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rentals are as follows: Any weekend is $400.00, From July 1st to Labor Day one week is $800.00 from Labor Day to December 1st one week is $650.00. From March 31st to June 30th one week is $650.00. A full summer seasonal from July 1st to Labor Day is $4000.00 plus electric. A full winter season from December 1st to March 31 is $5,900.00 plus electric.
