We are private owners of this deluxe European-Style rental condo ideally located just off the white sandy beaches across from the beach club in Playa Del Carmen's upscale gated community of Playacar. Condo furnishings consist of marble floors throughout, top appliances, open space deluxe kitchen, dining and family rooms. A 200 square feet patio gives way to the sparkling pool, cobblestone pathways and flowering tropical gardens year round.

A few essential amenities this condo provides is a Water and Ice purification system and High-Speed Wireless Internet connection for those traveling with their Wireless Laptop and/or Internet Phone modems (Vonage,ect). This is a full capacity completely furnished condominium for six maximum occupants.

Our condo is handsomely outfitted for comfort while closets and doors accent the rooms in stained tropical wood. Three bedrooms accommodate up to 6 adults with 4 quality comfort beds, 2 full-sized tiled bathrooms, tiled showers with seating, large plush bath towels you will appreciate, includes Bed/Bath amenities such as hair dryers and linens. Gratifying indoor living with quality comfort furnishings and home amenities you're accustomed to expect. The condo provides airflow through variable speed ceiling fans and central air conditioners for all-season climates, a private laundry room, a deluxe kitchen with counter stools, dining table, a cozy family room w/entertainment center, and direct access to the outdoor patio featuring teak wood table and chairs, electric start charcoal barbecue grill and a few recliners for patio sun bathing.

The patio cuddles tropical gardens, giving way to a side-view of the pool, while protecting your privacy away from the pool chatter.

Rental Policy

ALL RENTALS DATES ACCEPTED. All utilities and end-of-vacation cleaning is included. Inquire for long-term rentals and availability.

RESERVATION POLICY:
- $142.00 to $215.00 per day (non holidays).
- $1,000.00 to $1,500.00 per week (non holidays).
- $3,300.00 to $3,800.00 per month (non holidays).
- $300.00 refundable security deposit required.
- No other Fees or Taxes Apply.
- 3 Night Minimum...1 Week Holiday Minimum.
- 50% down payment required.
- Cancel Policy: Available upon request.
- Must be 25 or older to reserve.
