Fully equipped with seasoning, olive oil, coffee, tea, cocoa, popcorn, bottled water and more.

Formal dinning area, front room, entertainment room with wet bar, 3 TV's, one-42" LCD, projector screen (use for presentations), Internet/WiFi.

Large mastersuite with walk-in closet, large bathroom (his/her sinks, sunken tub, seperate shower and private toliet room.) Other bedrooms are also large, clean and nicely decorated.

Home has a linen closet (bedding, linen, iron/board, vacuum & hair dryer.) Laundry room is located on ground level. Laundry detergent and other cleaning supplies are included.

Home has a large swimming pool (not heated) in the backyard with rock slide & grotto. Backyard is very scenic, located on a private lake.

Home has a small canoe with motor to stroll the lake. Fishing (catch & release) is allowed. No fishing license is required.

Located on quiet cul-de-sac. Pets negotiable.
