The collection offers a variety of choices to suit virtually every taste and personal preference, from the warmth and charm of the Stonebridge Inn to the spacious Top of the Village Condominiums. Couples, families, social gatherings and business meetings will find what they need from hotel rooms to four bedroom residences. Our amenities include fine dining, exercise facilities, pools, hot tubs, saunas and internet access. We also provide daily maid service and transportation from the Aspen airport.

Rental Policy

No Pets allowed in room, no exceptions.
50% deposit required at booking, remaining balance required 45 days prior to arrival. If reservations are cancelled 45 days or more prior to arrival, deposit is refunded less a $50.00 handling fee. If cancelled 44 days or less prior to arrival, a refund is based on a re-rental of the unit, less a $50.00 fee.
Additional Person charge: $25.00 per person per night.
Rates are per unit per night based on the following occupancies:
• 2 people or fewer in a standard hotel unit
• 4 people or fewer in a 2 bedroom unit
• 6 people or fewer in a 3 bedroom unit
• 8 people or fewer in a 4 bedroom unit
• 10 people or fewer in a 5 bedroom unit
As many as 2 people over these occupancies are permitted at an "extra person charge" of $25.00 per person per night in summer. This charged is waived for children 12 and under in the parents unit, but no more than 2 people over standard occupancy are permitted, regardless of age.
Late check-out is subject to a 1/2 day charge
Note: No refunds are made on unused nights resulting from late arrivals or early departures, regardless of cause.
