Nestled into the beautiful Missouri hillside, this 1200-square-foot home has 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. This is a venue for those who really want peace and quiet as well as privacy.

Property Details

The view is of the other side of the lake. A small cove is hidden by the trees. A secluded footpath takes you right to the water's edge, and a lake access road provides a place to launch your boat or jet skis in the cove.

A Corner Lot in Paradise sits on an acre bordered on two sides by Army Corps of Engineers woodland. Your privacy is provided by the trees.

Barbecue grills are ready for use on the deck. A fire pit, along with plenty of dry firewood, is conveniently located.

A washer and dryer are provided for your use. The bathroom is stocked with plenty of clean towels. Bed linens and most soaps are provided.

Rental Policy

A deposit of $250 will hold your reservation. Deposits are not refunded; reservations can be rescheduled if necessary.

Arrival Times

Check-in time is 1:00. Check-out time is noon.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Summer reservations are made for 5 or 6 nights. Guests arrive on Sunday and depart on Friday or Saturday.
