Former Victorian farmhouse sitting in a 1/2 acre plot with ample parking. Featuring 2 single, 1 family and 5 twin/ double en suite bedrooms. Full english breakfast included in price. Fishing, Tennis, Golf and a sports arena all nearby. All rooms are no smoking (by law and our own policy previously). With 3 of the rooms on the ground floor access for those who have trtouble with stairs is not a problem. There is a public house approx 5 minute walk from us for refreshments and food. With the city of Lincoln only 35 miles away. Stamford about 30 miles, Kings Lynn about 30 miles and the coatal town of Skegness about 25 miles away; Boston makes an ideal place to investigate the area from. There are a number of stately homes wwithin 40 minutes drive of Boston
