Property Details

The UPPER holidayhome has two bedrooms for 4 persons, a dining/tv room and a kitchen.
The LOWER holidayhome has one bedroom with a two-persons and a bunkbed.
Both homes have a toilet / shower, a babybed and chair.

This holidayhome has also a barbecue. Further it is situated on 1200 m2 of privat land. For 300 metres you are at the top of the Atlantic Ocean (fishing, delta-flying, beach, etc). In 2 miles you are at the bay of Sao Martinho do Porto. Further you can go to the lagune of Obidos for kite and normal surfing.
This house is situated in the middle of a lot of culture like Peniche, Obidos, Alcobaca, Fatima, Batalha and Nazare. You can drive within 1 hour to Lisbon. When booking, you receive travel and holidayinformation and some local culinair (restaurant) tips.

Rental Policy

From november until april you can also book per month. Water & Electra inclusive, gasbottles exclusive. Endcleaning is € 35,00. Inclusive taxes.

Arrival Times

Arrival always after 14.00. Leaving always befor 10.30. During the summer; minimum stay is 1 week. Arrival and leavingdate is free, exept monday and friday.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Payment we can do by bank with IBAN and BIC code. This is safe for everybody. After the prepayment (=reservation) you receive all travel and holidayinformation, rest payment is 6 weeks before arrival.

Rental Rates

EUR 40.00 to EUR 60.00 per day
EUR 250.00 to EUR 375.00 per week
EUR 400.00 to EUR 1,400.00 per month
