Enjoy your stay at the Treetops in Lake of the Ozarks. Our condo is smoke/pet free. It is a great location to all Ozark attractions: shopping, dining, shows, golf and of course the lake.

Property Details

This condo sleep 6 people. There are two bedrooms and a loft. Two and a half bathrooms with plenty of hot water to go around., In the main area there is a love seat that can be closed for privacy during the night and open during the day if so desired. The love seat does not pull out to a bed however there is plenty of room to set up your own area for extra place to sleep. The master bedroom has a king bed and dressing area it shares a bathroom with the main living area. The downstairs bedroom is full size with its own bathroom. The loft also has a full size bed with an attached half bath. The kitchen has all the goods to enjoy a meal at home after a long day on the lake. Table and chairs to seat 7 comfortably. Full size refrigerator, oven and microwave complete your indoor cooking needs and for the outdoors you can enjoy a meal on the grill and sit on the deck. It also offers cable TV, DVD player, phone, air conditioning, washer and dryer and a community dock for your boat or other water toys. If you are not on the lake you can enjoy yourself in the outdoor pool or the indoor pool that also has a hot tub for soaking. The condo sits between these pools. Also behind the condo is a tennis court and a basketball hoop. There is so much to do without ever having to get back in the car.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rental rates are as follows:
May 24 - September 6 $200 a night or $1200 a week. (Summer Rates)
September 7- May 23 $150 a night or $1050 a week. (Spring/Fall/Winer Rates)
