Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Summer full weeks only. Min 7 nights. Weekly Rentals are from Saturday at 3PM to Saturday at 10AM. Deposit: 50% Via credit card or check. Fully refundable with 60 day notice.There is an additional $175 cleaning fee plus 8% New Hampshire local tax. All rates for 7 nights. Please email for holiday rates and availability.
