There is a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen-sized bed in the second bedroom, and the entire home is tastefully decorated with tile throughout. Along with the high-speed internet, this home's entertainment includes 4 TVs and a stereo.

Waterlefe's community features are astounding. If you golf, Waterlefe boasts a par-72 championship golf course that once hosted the 2002 and 2004 US Open qualifying tournaments, a 4,200-square-foot club house
and pro shop with first-class locker facilities and an indoor putting green.

If you don't golf, there is still a lot to do! There's a 59-dock marina with a fishing pier, private docks and direct access to the
Gulf of Mexico; The Point, an outdoor family area with picnic tables, gazebos, Wade's Wilderness Playground and Lookout Tower, where you can spot bald eagles and dolphins; the private River Club, with themed dinner buffets, poolside seating next to the Jr.Olympic-sized pool; and a huge fitness center with daily exercise classes, aqua aerobics and more.
