We offer a side of paradise you long for. We are designed to work with nature. The units are single rise, split level construction. They are engineered to meet the sea on its own terms. 60% of the land is committed to recreational and environmental areas. Two swimming pools, five tennis courts, basketball and a tot playground. The only entrance to the community is through the 24 hour security gate. Two, Three and Four bedroom units becomes your home away from home. All you need to bring is a suitcase. We supply everything else for you. Comments made by our satisfied guests: "these are very well equipped units. We did not need to bring anything." Surrounding the complex is every kind of entertainment you could want. Fine restaurants to local specialty and quaint eating experiences. Shopping, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Legoland, Wild Animal Park, Disneyland. Close to Del Mar race track and La Jolla and San Diego.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Minimum 7 night stay. Maximum 8 people. Additional $175 for move out cleaning fee, $40 gate pass and $95 per week for utilities.
