Between 30th August and 20th September 2008 the whole of the farm farmhouse is available for self catering. Located in the centre of the delightful village of Scalford, situated on the edge of the Vale of Belvoir and close to Rutlan Water.

Property Details

The ground floor has a large farmhouse kitchen, dining room, snug with TV DVD and freeview, formal lounge and magnificent conservatory. The first floor has three double bedrooms each with TV's one bedroom is en-suite. There is also a family bathroom with roll top bath and separate shower. The second floor is 'The Oak Loft'. The Oak Loft is a luxury room that extends across the whole of the house, it is 15ft wide and measures some 42ft in length. The room is set in the eves of the house is accessed by private stairs. Exposed beams, oak flooring and an en-suite with separate shower and freestanding double-ended roll top bath serve to create a truly exceptional and magical room. A super king-sized bed, comfortable sofa and flat screen TV with built in DVD and freeview enable you to relax and enjoy the calm of being in the countryside.

Please note that the Farm House is not suitable for disabled access as it ranges over three floors.
