Property Description

This is a beautifull villa, located in the development residential Isla Dorada, overviewing the lake, it's in front of the pool.

It is rented by the owner and is very peacefull, with an extraordinary view of the hotels across the
bay by night.

The Villa is fully equipped. It has 1 room with a king size bed, another room with 2 single size
beds. Each
room has it's own bathroom, A/C, fan and closet. It has a common area with a dinning table for 6 and a
livingroom,
Additionally has 2 sofas that turns into a full size bed.

The kitchen is fully equiped (microwave, Internet Hi-Fi,coffemaker, toaster, mini-oven, dish washer,stove, big refrigerator).
It comes with
bed cloth, beach and bath towels.

It also has a satellital TV and a DVD with several movies and computer.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Minimum stay 1 week. Deposit of 25% is required on booking and the balance payable 10 weeks prior to departure, or immediately if booking is made within 10 weeks of departure date. Security deposit of USD 500 against damages to be included with final payment, refundable following return of keys and our agent has found everything to be in order after checking the villa inventory.
