Summer Place condominiums located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach is one of the Island's premiere vacation locations. Boasting 2 pools, hot tub, exercise room and a fabulous beach service. Close to dining and activities. A piece of paradise on the Gulf Coast.

Rental Policies

No one under the age of 25 will be permitted to rent without an adult. Cancellations made 60 or more days prior to arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made 30 to 60 days prior to arrival will lose 1/2 the deposit and all cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the entire deposit.

Arrival Times

Check in is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 am. Any late departures will be subject to a half day charge
