There are many beautiful gardens. There is a new beach entry pool amidst a large open grassy area with picnic tables and gas grills. We have a trolley stop that will take you to several closebye beautiful beaches or to the great tourist towns of Kennebunkport and Ogunquit all the way down to York beach. We are close to a movie theatre, several restaurants, a grocery store and just about everything you would want to do on vacation. Whale watching, golf, miniature golf, antique stores etc... You are close to where you want to be, but the price is unbeatable. You could stay somewhere else, pay more and get less, but why would you?
Rental Policy
Pets are allowed with a discussion of the pet and there will be an additional charge and security deposit must be made.
Half of the full week rental is do upon the making of the reservation.

Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday during the heavy season. No smoking.
