Furnished, quiet, two story vacation residence (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) is located just three blocks away from Birch Bay State Park and private beach. Home is located in the Point Whitehorn area (south) of Birch Bay.

3 bedrooms upstairs with bathroom. Main bedroom has 1 window. Second bedroom has two windows. Third bedroom has two windows. Downstairs bathroom has tub jets.

Large screen television in living room with cathedral ceilings, dining room table for 6, and fireplace.

Eating bar with barstools. Open kitchen with microwave, electric toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric toaster and blender. Full set of silverware, dishes, and wine glasses for that special occasion. Washer and Dryer in separate room.

Patio with picnic table, bbq, and fenced backyard. For pets there is a dog run. Note: We prefer pets to be either always outside or always inside. If you do bring a pet, it is $40 extra.

For babies/toddlers we have a high chair, a booster chair attachment and expandable playpen area available for setup.

Home has picnic basket and beach towels for picnics at the beach. Pail, shovels, trowels for clam digging at the state park. There are two bikes available for use.

Gound gourment coffee is provided in the house. It is a blend roasted in Seattle by one of the smaller esspresso shops and is quite good. If you want to go out for coffee, there is the C-Shop on the corner of Birch Bay Drive and Alderson Rd. They will also have a selection of baked goods, candy snacks, etc.

Located 1-1/2 hours north of Seattle. Only 10 minutes away from the Canadian border

Rental Policy

$100 deposit to reserve. Full payment must be received at least one month before arrival date. Cancellations effect us. Refunds must be requested 60 days before departure date or deposit is forfeited. Less than 60 days: refund minus one night's lodging and loss of security deposit.

$180 per night (3 night minimum). $410 for 2 nights. $800 for 1 week. 8.4% lodging tax. Pets: $40 extra
