Relax in the cozy living room or on the deck and watch the boats go by as you soak in the breathtaking views of Stuart Channel and nearby Gabriola, Valdes and De Courcey Islands. The casually elegant 2,800 square foot home is located at Cedar, just south of Nanaimo on Vancouver Island, a 1.5 hour ferry ride from Vancouver. It is a pleasant and scenic 90 minute drive from Victoria, which is also served by ferries from Vancouver and Washington State.

Rental Policies

**$30 extra per person/per night over 4 people.
**Inquire about our special rates for returning guests

Payment: We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Balance of payment plus a damage deposit of $400.00 is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payment is by credit card, cash, certified cheque or money order.

Cancellation: Cancellations are 50% refundable with 60 days prior notice.

Check-in time: 4 pm

Check out time: 11 am

Weekly rentals: are generally from Saturday to Saturday.

Cleaning: Fee assumes that the house will be left clean and tidy (e.g. all dishes done). Maintenance cleaning will be done for you – floors, carpets, towels, bedding etc. Any additional cleaning will be deducted from your damage deposit at $25/hour.

Damage: there is a full contents list of items in the house. Any items
