2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, 1st floor end unit with parking underneath and a beach access

Property Details

Our condo is air conditioned and has ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the dining area. There is also high speed internet access.
The livingroom is oceanfront. It has a queen sleeper sofa, tv / vcr, video library, dvd, and a patio door that opens to a large covered deck.
The master bedroom is also oceanfront. It has a queen bed, tv, private bath, and
sliders that open to the deck.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. It also has a private entrance to the main bath.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a
dishwasher, microwave, ice maker,
blender, coffee maker, crock pot,
etc... There is also a washer / dryer.
Beach chairs and other beach supplies
for your use are kept in a private closet
beneath the condo.
There are fireworks every Thursday night on the beach and family movies at the lake across the street every Sunday night ( June, July, & Aug. ) - Weather permitting
This is a NO Smoking condo.
Small well behaved dogs, under 30 pounds, are
permitted with a pet fee deposit.

Rental Policies

We rent to families and well behaved adults 25 years or older.
