Southfacing 1/2 acre waterfront property, 3 mins. from Sechelt. Luxurious, private one bedroom suite and separate one bedroom cottage, both can accommodate 4 guests. Each have private entrances and private patios, fully equipped kitchens, gas fireplaces, gas bbqs. Enjoy the waterfront hot tub. Level beach with fire pit, beautiful gardens, fitness center, wireless internet, satelitte tv, dvd/vcr, cd player. Spa services available. Breakfast option available for extra pampering.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

At time of booking a 50% deposit is required. The balance is due upon arrival. Rates are based on double occupancy. Addtional adults (up to 2) $20 per nights and children (up to 2) $10 per night. Two (2) night minimum on weekends during the high season (May 1- Sept. 30.) A full refund is given if we are notified prior to 14 days of arrival. If we are notified in less than 14 days, we reserve the right to fully charge for all the nights for which we are unable to secure a replacement booking and will issue a refund for nights we are able to rebook
