Located on beautifull Kelly Greens Golf Course 2 minutes to Sanibel Island and 6 minutes to Fort Myers Beach. 2 bedroom home with a den with sleeper couch, private jacuzzi, garage, large Lanai. A spacious home with catherdral ceilings. 3 bicycles and one childs bike and 2 sets of golfclubs and one childs set, just in case you forgot your own. King in master, twins in the second, Queen sleeper in the den and Queen sleeper in the living room.
Tree lined sidewalks takes you to the Clubhouse that offers an exersize room lighted tennis courts, restaurant/bar, snack bar, heated pool/jacuzzi, driving range, Pro Shop and 18 hole golf course.

Rental Policies

$500 security deposit reserves you rental.
