A beautiful recently built and fully furnished villa in the Caribbean Beach Resort. Ocean, World Trade Center, Marriott, and Hilton are 5 min walk. Airport is about 10-15 minutes by car.

High-Speed wireless Internet, Satellite TV, Pre-paid telephone(uses purchased phone cards) are included. Fully equipped kitchen, fridge and washer.

High quality DVD/Audio/Video system with tall speakers, sub woofer and surround sound, 32" flat screen TV.

The master bedroom has one Euro queen bed. The Second bedroom has one full size bed. The third bedroom has a reclining leather sofa-bed - twin size. Wall closets are in the master and second bedroom.

All bedrooms have air conditioning with remote controls. Kitchen and living room have air conditioning too. Living and master bedroom have fans with remote controls, high ceilings, and contemporary lightings. Each bathroom has shower with hot water.

A leather sofa, two arm chairs and a coffee table are in the living room.

Large patio with patio table and grill. Pool is in the resort.

The resort has fence, remote automatic gate control and a security guard at night.

Rental Policies

The listed rates are for 2 person occupancy for minimum rental length of one week. Shorter stays are possible with an applicable surcharge. Each additional person is $20 per day.
