Estate Home, on almost 5 acres of land sit on a mountain top with a spectacular view. It is surrounded by rural oaks & pines in granite rock outcroppings. It has a 650 square foot deck to enjoy the view. Quiet area but central to day trips.

Property Details

One year old 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with beds for 8 and limit of 12 guest. The master suite has a Jacuzzi spa-tub and a walk-in shower, (No curb or step ). The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub-shower. A complete kitchen with stainless steel appliances that includes a gas stove, gas oven, dishwasher, microwave as well as a side by side refrigerator-freezer. Of course with pots, pans, dishes and utinsels. Dining area has windows on three sides to enjoy the view with the meal. Floors have carpet, tile and scraped wood flooring. All rooms to the rear view deck and master suite's porch have French doors through which you can easily exit and enter or enjoy the view. Living room has a vaulted ceiling and a marbled face wood burning fireplace. A great centrally location that you can enjoy day trips to many beautiful sights or outings but end up back in a comfortable home away from home. No noisey condo neighbors. Two car garage so you will have a clean start to your day. All paved streets to the home on a quiet cul-de-sac.

Payments: Fifty percent (50%) of the total balance is due at the time of the reservation. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to your arrival. Payments include the nightly charge, cleaning fee of one hundred ($135). $400.00 minimum deposit will be authorized on your credit card for any incidental damages.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to your arrival there is a $100.00 fee. Cancellations made 90-31 days prior to your arrival there is a 50% fee. NO REFUNDS will be issued for cancellations made less than thirty (30) days for any reasons.
Credit Card: A credit card number must be on file and will be pre-authorized for the refundable deposit two (2) weeks prior to your stay, to insure payment due to damages, vandalism, or theft.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Three night minimum, but two night openings in available slots are negotiable. Contact us about Christmas & New Years weeks. Rates are subject to change without notice until confirmed.
