Rental Policies

Please make initial contact with owner and then our local realtor management company will prepare your lease and check tenants in and out. No smokers or pets please. There is a $40 processing fee and a $45 damage waiver fee but no vacation rental tax. No student groups.

Rental Rates

$100.00 to $178.00 per day
$700.00 to $1,250.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

We rent weekly from Sunday at 2 PM until the following Sunday 10 AM. In-season rental is June 29 through August 31 for $1250 a week. Cleaning is included.
Off-season weekends and daily rental available. Cleaning fee extra.
