INNKEEPERS ON PROPERTY FOR CLEANING SERVICES. COOKING AVAILABLE FOR A FEE.

House, property,contents and golf cart are checked and cleaned before every arrival. If any damages or excessive cleaning happens while your stay you will be charged.

Rental Policy

full payment due upon reservation,money will be refundable if notified within 14 days,renters must be 21 of age or older,(children are welcome with adults),pet friendly must be potty trained,no smoking in any buildings(outside only),no hunting allowed, semi-dry county,extended days require notification,any damage done to property is subject to withdraw from credit card etc.

1-6 people $127.00 a night,7-12 people $277.00 a night. 13-18 people $377 a night.EXCLUDES HOLIDAYS AND 127 YARD SALE WEEK (HIGHER RATES) 3 night min. stay $25.00 extra per person over 18 people.full payment due at reservation time
9.5% state tax & 5% lodging tax will be added to rental price.
