Our beach house is a spacious modern house, with two roomy bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The living room also has a sofa-bed, so up to 6 people can stay comfortably. You'll love the large 2nd story deck with a great view of the lake. We're on a quiet street, one house away from the public beach area on Verona Beach. We're also a short walk from the Sylvan Beach resort area, with its many attractions.

The downstairs features an open floor plan. The living room looks onto the lake through the front glass door. The living area flows into the dining area and the modern kitchen with all the cooking supplies you'll need. Toward the back of the house, there's a mudroom area, as well as a full bathroom with shower. The back door opens onto a small deck, and a private back yard. Both of the bedrooms are on the second floor, along with another full bath, this one with a shower/tub. The master bedroom features vaulted ceilings, and a view of the lake. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. There's also a futon in the 2nd bedroom, and the living room sofa opens up into a bed as well.

We're in a quiet neighborhood, and our house is family and pet-friendly, as well as non-smoking.

Rental Policies

Weekly rentals only, Arrive Sunday, leave Saturday.
No smoking, Pets negotiable with additional deposit.
