The Torre del Guado Country House is an impressive stone manor house, dating back to the 13th century, converted with loving care into a warm and refined country holiday villa, with all the amenities travelers want for a memorable Tuscan holiday.
The large farmhouse is the result of a careful restoration process that was completed in 2002.
The original building, which evolved over centuries of continuous use, is today a charm and refined country vacation rentals where the subtle pastel shades, together with the carefully selected furnishings, contrast perfectly with the severity of the stone, the red-baked floor tiles, the wood and the wrought iron to create a personal and pleasant ambience which appears fresh and new.

The lovely holiday home, sat in beautifully maintained and equipped gardens, is an elegant holiday farmhouse, located in panoramic position amidst the green and picturesque landscape of Tuscany, at northeast of Arezzo and close to Umbria.
Our vacation estate features 5 self-catering apartments for rent, each one individually designed, with independent entrance from the garden, and excellent facilities for a memorable holiday in Tuscany: ecological pool, private covered parking, mountain-bikes, ping-ping, miny volley, 3 covered gazebos , private places with tables, chairs and sunshade for every apartment, an open barbecue with table where you can enjoy a barbecue or drinks outdoors, beautifully restored rooms for meetings, ceremonies ( catering service).

Here the lovers of tourism in Tuscany can enjoy the full relax of a country holiday, in comforting and elegant accommodations, or indulge in sporting and cultural activities. Museums, cultural sites, thermal baths, golf, tennis courts, horse-riding at short driving distance. Lakes Trasimeno and Montedoglio provide water-sports, trips to islands & a small beach.

LOCATION
The location of the holiday home , at 3 sqm from Sansepolcro and 29 sqm from Arezzo, not far from Siena, on the edge of the Chianti wine region and of Umbria, is a perfect base for visiting Rome and many cities of art of Tuscany (Siena, Florence, Arezzo, Cortona etc.) and Umbria (Assisi, Gubbio, Perugia...). They all are easily accessible through the nearby E45 speedway, situated only 3 kms from the villa, and A1 highway 34 kms far.

How to reach us
Torre del Guado is easily accessible from Rome, Florence, Forlì and Perugia airports.
Fly direct to Bologna-Forli via Ryanair, or to Florence , or to Ancona via Ryanair (2 hours' drive), or to Bologna, Pisa or Rome.
For Perugia, our nearest airport (45 minutes drive), flights from UK currently change at Milan.
By Car:
from Milan-Bologna: A14 highway to Cesena: exit Cesena nord, Follow E45 Speedway to Rome-Perugia- exit Sansepolcro sud.
from Rome-Orte: E45 Speedway Perugia-Cesena: exit Sansepolcro sud.
from Florence: A1 highway - exit Arezzo with direction SANSEPOLCRO.
From the exit at Sansepolcro sud, follow the road to AREZZO; after approx. 2kms turn left, signposted GRICIGNANO

*Daily booking: least 3 nights only in low and mid-low, 4 nights at Christmas and Easter.
+Check-in: in summer only on Saturday from 5 pm to 8 pm; check-out: Saturday within 10,00 am.
*Security: € 100 for apartment: the deposit will be returned on your departure.
*During the booking it is in demand a down payment equal to the 30% of the whole cost of the stay, by bank transfer or credit card. Final Payment at check out.
