This vacation home has luxury that other homes simply do not such as your own Private Indoor Heated Pool with Fireplace and Waterfall, a separate Sauna room and separate Steam room, pool table, and private hot tub under the stars. A huge magnificent Log Greatroom has an adjoining Gourmet kitchen. Only about 5 miles to Heavenly Ski resort and Casinos, or to the Lake. Please see our website for lots more info and photos. Best to contact through email. LAST Autumn DEAL: Nov 1-20th just $350 per night if 5 nights or more, OR ok to take just 3 nights at $375, plus usual fees*. Act fast. This Winter rates are CURRENTLY $450 plus fees* but will go up soon so book now and reserve dates PLUS RATES so PLAN AHEAD. You can hold dates further than 90 days in advance with only a $500 deposit (except Christmas/New Year weeks).
*Any stay also has a cleaning fee of $250 and a local tax of 10%. I also charge a $500 security deposit which is of course completely refundable. Holidays may always be extra. Always feel free to inquire for availability and a full quote.
Christmas and New Year weeks are $900 per night but are now reserved for this year BUT never to soon to reserve these dates for next year (2010-2011) due to extrem demand. November is still an excellent month to visit Tahoe. There is plenty of activities yet less crowds and nicer weather for hiking, biking and other activities and is the very best pricing of the year. Think of an excuse: Anniversary, Birthday, sick days (sick of work).

Pets considered but must agree before contracted. Has 3 bedrooms plus an additional loft sleeping area with two twin beds and a pullout sofa, and still has room for a pool table and foosball table. Rental Policy

Nov 1-20th require a 3 night minimum, or for discount a 5 night minimum . Must preapprove any pets! Exceptions to minimum stays when shorter gaps appear between reservations, just ask. See my Website for more info.
