The Palace of Cecilienhof, a castle built in the style of an English country manor with 41 guestrooms, is picturesquely nestled in the 'Neuer Garten' park landscape at two lakes and situated only a short drive away from the world metropole of Berlin.
Cecilenhof became famous when hosting the "Big Three" Truman, Churchill and Stalin during the "Potsdam Conference" in 1945.
Each of the guestrooms is unique by its location, size, decoration and view. Linen, English lamps and armchairs, elegant decorations and furniture à la Cecilie reflect the history of the palace and provide the comfortable and romantic atmosphere of English manor houses. With its 7 private banquet rooms and its famous restaurant with beautiful garden terrace the hotel is known as a high ranked meeting place for social, political and business events as well as conferences and meetings.
