For those with fishing interests, Boca Grande Pass is world famous for Tarpon and backwater fishing. Our water’s temperature during the summer months are 78-89 degrees and during winter months anywhere from 55-80 degrees.

Rental Policy

We have a 100% deposit return policy if provided with one month notice prior to taking possession of the unit.
