Enjoy a heated pool for year round confort. The unit is tastefully decorated with rataan furniture in pastel colors. There are plenty of lounge chairs all around the pool. This direct gulf front unit has 1150 sq ft. and is located on the second floor with parking under the building. The unit has been updated to include ceramic tile flooring, berber carpeting, and maple kitchen cabinets. Some new furniture was added in November 2007. You'll enjoy the comfort of a king, two doubles, and a sleeper sofa. The unit is professionally managed and cleaned.

I do not require a Saturday to Saturday stay. Plan your vacation around your schedule. During mid & low season, only a 4 night stay is required; but you'll be kicking yourself for not staying longer !!

You can surf from the balcony using WI-FI. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. You'll feel like a millionaire !!

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Low Season .. Sep 01-Dec 31 .. $875/week.
High Season .. Dec 31-Apr 30 .. $1250/week.
Mid Season .. May 01-Aug 31 .. $1000/week.
Minimum four nights stay, seven day minimum during holiday and high season.
Rates do not include cleaning fee of $120 and Florida taxes of 12%.
