The first floor family room has a sleeper/sofa and its own full bathroom. The main second floor includes two bedrooms and a full bath, living room, kitchen and dining room, all in an open floor plan. The huge wrap-around deck is perfect for taking in the 180 degree view, outdoor dining, BBQs and socializing. The third floor private master bedroom is the perfect retreat, just slightly away from the rest of the house and has the best ocean view.
