The Santa Maria Village complex nestles in a beautiful wooded valley that is rich in natural wildlife. It is an ideal spot for a relaxing family holiday but is just minutes to all the amenities you would need to make your holiday perfect.
The local beaches are fantastic and Elviria is now the home of Nikki Beach Marbella -the fun party place for everyone including the many celebrities that have holiday homes on the coast.
There are a host of leisure activities available in the area from golf, tennis and bowls to the more adventurous water-sports available at the nearby Cabopino Marina.

The apartments are set in landscaped gardens with 4 Swimming Pools all surrounded by grass sun bathing areas and there are also several separate childrens pools. There is private allocated underground parking and lifts to all floors. This second floor apartment has a fully equipped American kitchen with an independent laundry room. The Master Bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and French doors that open onto the terrace. Both of the bedrooms have built in wardrobes, ample storage space for your holiday clothes and there is a second family shower bathroom.
The Lounge/Diner is beautifully furnished with soft leather settees and has large patio doors leading directly out onto the spacious, south east facing, sun terrace that enjoys sun from sun-rise to late afternoon. This terrace is furnished for al fresco dining and sun bathing. The views are of the complex gardens, swimming pools and out across the natural woodlands that surround the complex. There are also distant views of the sea.
This holiday rental accommodation is ideally placed for everyone to enjoy themselves and the local beaches, restaurants and shops are a short drive along tree lined roads.
Locally there is a variety of sporting activities to choose from and nearby facilities include - The Greenlife Golf complex with its Restaurant, 9-hole Golf Course, Driving Range, Putting Green, Swimming Pool, Sauna, Gym and Fitness Centre.
Tennis, Bowls and an 18-hole Golf Course are available at Santa Maria Golf Club plus there are all manner of water-sports to be encountered at Cabopino Marina.

We can usually be flexible on this although we request that arrival at Malaga Airport is no later than 6pm. If later than this we do have arrangements in place for Late Key Collection BUT please contact us asap for details.
