Minimum 3 night booking. Nightly rate reduces by $3 per night as number of nights increases - up to 35 nights.
Surcharge of 25% applies during summer holidays (10 Dec to end Jan). Surcharge of 35% applies during public holiday weekends.
A 50% deposit is required on confirmation of booking and the balance is payable on arrival.
