The North Coast Village condominium complex is the only such complex in Oceanside to sit right On The Sand. We are proud to offer two bedroom / two bath vacation beach condos that sleep up to 6, one bedroom / one bath vacation condos that sleep up to 4 and a studio / one bath vacation condo that sleeps up to 4, all On The Sand and most with ocean views.

The condo grounds are groomed to perfection. You will love just taking a walk within the secluded areas. There are little streams and ponds everywhere, the feeling is tropical. You can then relax at one of the two swimming pools located on the grounds. The children love the freedom and when they are done, you can go and enjoy the outdoor Jacuzzi (hot tub). In the early evening you can take your walks on the beach and watch the sun sink into the Pacific. The view is spectacular.

Rental Policies

We cannot offer refunds for late check ins or early departures. Rental payments are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation, unless the entire rental period is re-booked.
