Property Description

Patoka Lake Lodge is a 3 bedroom cabin/house located on Patoka Lake, near Taswell, Indiana. It was build in 1991 by the current owners Mark and Debbie Just. The cabin is within walking distance of Patoka Lake in three directions.

Property Details

Walk out the back of the cabin, step off the large deck, and you will be on your way to the mouth of Patoka river. Which is quick access to the fast water over 10 mph, boating, water skiing, jet skiing etc. Walk across the road and down the hill you will be at the 10 mph zone, fishing, hiking, and relaxing. Follow the road you come in on 625W, also called W. Newton Stewart, and it will run right into the lake.

You will have quick and easy access to hiking, fishing, boating and hunting. There is plenty of public land available to the hunters. And of course the lake is full of Bass, Bluegill, Catfish, and most all other native fish. Restaurants and stores are approximately a 20-minute drive.

The cabin is well equipped with all the comforts of home including, a large eat in kitchen and bar, large table under roofed porch, corner wood stove, with a beautiful hearth, living room and a large family/gathering room up stairs with open balcony looking down on the hearth. Swing set and sand box in back yard.

Rental Policies

A $200.00 damage deposit is required. We prefer you send a separate
check with a self addressed envelop with your payment.

Rental Rates

$150.00 to $175.00 per day
$1,000.00 to $1,125.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Peak Season: June 13th to Aug. 1st: Full week only $1125.00

Check for open week may break up if not reserved 2 weeks out?



Off Season: March 28th to June 12th and Aug. 1st to Nov. 13th: 2 night minimum

$1000 a week, $175/per night weekends, $150 per night weekdays



Winter: Nov. 14th to March 27th 2009: 3 night minimum $1025 a week, $175 per night weekends $150 per night weekdays.
