Come and enjoy the sunny skiies of Baja Mexico. My condo is located in historic old town Cabo San Jose in the Los Cabos area, at the tip of the Baja peninsula, in the beautifully maintained condo complex of Las Misiones De San Jose. Las Misiones is located on the malecon (the beach front boulevard), centrally located near: super market, restaurants, beach and all water sports, golf, horseback riding, atving, downtown shops and much more. Las Misiones is a fully gated community with ingrounds parking, 2 pools, tennis courts, manicured gardens, poolside restaurant palapa (open Nov-May). My condo is ground floor and poolside, a great family unit, fully stocked right down to the pool floats and snorkling gear, with 2 bedrooms, one with a king, the other with 2 twins and each with it's own bathroom. There's a large living room with satellite TV DVD & CD players, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with laundry pantry, 2 outside patios with table, chairs and barbeque.

Rental Rates

$125.00 to $150.00 per day
$750.00 to $900.00 per week
$2,200.00 to $2,500.00 per month

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Minimum stay 3 days or $450. Deposit of 1/3 or $250 required to hold date. The residual due is paid at the time of occupation. If cancelation happens I will hold your deposit towards another date, if cancelation is made prior to 30 days out full refund with a $25 fee will be made. If it's less than 30 days refund will be made if I can rebook that time.
