Rental Policies

Deposit is required for all rentals. $500.00 for weekly and $1,000.00 for monthly. All utilities are included. If needed unfurnished - rental price can be adjusted. Also available for longer term lease, this will be ad a discounted rate.
There is a $200.00 cleaning fee charged at time of arrival.
Because this is a private rental we only accept payment by either Cashier’s Check, Wire Transfer or Credit Card Payments thru Paypal only.

Arrival Times

7am on arrival date until 11pm on departure date.
