Large living room and dining room are perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing or hiking. Features gourmet fully-equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. Baby/Toddler playpen/crib is available for use. Condo is approximately 1000 square feet.

Even if you’re not a skier, there is an abundance of outdoor activities that you can enjoy, including lots of hiking and biking. Activity tips included with the condo to organize your stay. Minutes from shopping, restaurants, groceries, golfing, snowmobiling, tubing/sledding, and water sports. A short drive to Hot Sulphur Springs/spa, Grand Lake, and Rocky Mountain National Park.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

-50% of lodging due at time of booking, balance due 3 weeks prior to arrival
-Cancellation fee of 1 night is non-refundable 30 days (or less) prior to your arrival
-Stay for 4 nights or more and stay one night for free (except on holidays)
-Weekly rates available
-Standard Rental Agreement, $85 one-time cleaning fee, $250 Security Deposit and 9.7% Tax are required in addition to Rental Fee.
