Cherry Grove Beach Houses we welcome student rentals for graduation or spring break rentals, church groups, families, large groups, bikers, Golfers, and Shaggers. We also encourage snowbirds for winter rentals.

Property Details

We have houses and condos from 2 bedrooms to 7 bedroom houses some have access to a pool some have private pools but all are within walking distance to the ocean or ocean front. Currently we are offering 35% off our Sweet Caroline Units for the month of April

Rental Policies

Groups over the age of 25 deposit is $150, groups under age of 25 deposit is $50 per person.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Through the rest of the year we have no minimum stay only though July 4th week 4 nights. Rates from June 29th is regular season. If group is over 25 deposit is $150, if group is under 25 deposit is $50 per person. We are also offering 35% off our Sweet Caroline Unit for the month of April.
